After 8 fantastic years in the executive search and recruitment business Kinross Partners formally ceased business in January 2011 when Denis Horner retired and Stuart Chrisp and Amanda Gibson moved to Korn Ferry International. After almost 2 years with KFI Stuart and Amanda have left them and Amanda has joined Kerridge Partners as a Consultant.

Stuart meanwhile is working under Kinross Consulting undertaking projects and consulting assignments relating to talent acquisition and retention, succession planning, exit strategies, capital raising, new business feasibility, strategic alliances/partnerships and related areas.

At the same time he is evaluating a range of business opportunities and relationships whilst maintaining his road cycling, having fun with family and friends and generally enjoying life!

Denis Horner is Chair/Advisor to a number of privately owned businesses, undertakes selected consulting projects and is working hard to balance golf, grandkids, cycling, skiing and travelling!
