Utilising a customised combination of personality and ability assessments suited to each role, this service includes:

• Full report available to client within 2 working days of assessments being completed;
• The contents of the report includes a selection of the following: executive summary, strengths, recommended areas to probe, referee or interview questions, how to manage and motivate, development needs analysis, personality profiles and ability results and interpretations;
• Grafton consultant available to facilitate feedback to client alongside Kinross;
• Feedback to candidate within 2 weeks of assessment date, in either a written or verbal format.
