Denis has been Chairman of Kinross for the last three years and has now joined as a Shareholder and Director.
Denis brings extensive commercial experience across the service, construction, manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure and rural sectors, plus 15 years hands on executive search experience.

Denis initially gained his executive recruitment experience with one of New Zealand’s largest multi disciplined HR and recruitment companies before setting up Horner & Partners in 1993. Horner & Partners was a leader in its field, winning two international awards for industry leadership in business excellence.

Denis sold this business to a large international company in 2001 before becoming New Zealand CEO of that company.
